Review: Terra Andina Reserva 2008 Pinot Noir

I'm not a a wine snob but I do know what tastes good. This wine is only $12.99 and tastes more expensive than it's sticker price. It's balances nicely between a fruity flavor and strong full finish. This is not a dry red wine.
