Red Wine Is Good For Your Health

Did you know that red wine is good for you? If you drink it in moderation. For women, you can drink a glass a day.; for men, you can have up to 2 glasses daily. Red wine can raise your good cholesterol, also known as HDL.

Also if you've ever suffered a heart attack, red wine has been proven to prevent another one in the future. That's it for now. Cheers.
